- How does shop verification work?
- Every seller must operate a real commercial counter in a recognized electronics plaza in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Individual private sellers are not permitted. When a shop registers, its account is placed in a pending state with listing tools locked. An administrator physically visits and verifies the shop's counter before the shop can list any stock.
- What do the condition grades mean?
- Every offer is labelled with one of six condition grades: new, open_box (opened but unused), a (light cosmetic wear, fully functional), b (visible cosmetic wear, fully functional), c (heavy cosmetic wear, fully functional), or for_parts (not fully functional). Serialized (single used unit) listings also disclose specific defects and, where relevant, battery health.
- How does payment and delivery work?
- Payment and delivery are arranged directly with the shop today — cash on delivery, or an arrangement made directly with the shop. resale.com.pk does not process payments and there is currently no on-platform checkout, digital payment, or card/bank transfer flow through the website.
- Can I track my order on the site?
- Not yet. Formal on-platform order tracking, status updates, and delivery tracking are not currently live on the platform. Any order coordination happens directly between buyer and shop.
- How do I list my shop's stock as a seller?
- Visit the seller sign-up page and register your shop with your trade name, plaza address, city, and dispatch phone number. Your account stays in a pending state until an administrator visits your counter in person and verifies it — after that, you can list inventory attached to the canonical product catalog. Go to seller sign-up
