How do you verify shops?
Every seller must run a real shop with a public address in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Individual private sellers are not permitted. When a shop registers, listing tools stay locked until an administrator visits the counter in person.
Is this free?
Yes. Browsing prices is free. There is no listing fee today, and commission is zero at launch. Shops can publish inventory only after that in-person visit.
What if the price is wrong?
Prices are set by the shop, not by us. Contact the shop to confirm the price and the unit before you go, and check the figure at the counter before you pay. If a listing looks misleading, use Report on the listing page — staff can hide it. We do not process payment on the site.
How does payment and delivery work?
Contact the shop first to confirm the unit, then walk in and pay at the counter, or arrange cash on delivery directly with the shop. resale.com.pk does not process payments and there is currently no on-platform checkout, digital payment, or card/bank transfer flow through the website.
