Summary: resale.com.pk connects buyers with verified physical tech hardware shops in Pakistan. We do not sell items, hold inventory, process payments, or deliver goods. All purchases take place directly between you and the shop at their physical premises.

1. About the Platform

resale.com.pk provides an online directory and hardware listing catalog for tech devices (including laptops, desktops, servers, smartphones, tablets, components, and accessories). The platform operates solely as an information and discovery service.

2. Marketplace Disclaimer

resale.com.pk is not a seller, broker, or party to any transaction between buyers and shops:

• We do not own, inspect, hold, or sell the products listed on the platform.
• We do not process payments, collect funds, offer escrow services, or provide delivery.
• All product descriptions, availability, condition grades, and prices are provided directly by independent shops.
• Any purchase, warranty claim, exchange, or return agreement is strictly between the buyer and the selling shop.

3. Buyer and Visitor Use

By accessing or using resale.com.pk, you agree to:

• Inspect hardware, confirm PTA registration status, and verify functionality in person at the shop counter before payment.
• Verify seller identity and warranty terms directly with the shop.
• Use the platform only for lawful personal or business hardware procurement.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk extracting data, listings, shop information, or pricing for commercial use, competitor databases, or automated resale.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Submitting false reports, impersonating any person or entity, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Any activity that violates the laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA).

5. Content Moderation and Reporting

We reserve the right to remove listings or revoke shop visibility at our sole discretion. If you notice counterfeit goods, stolen devices, misgraded items, or suspicious activity, please report the listing or contact us at [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law:

• resale.com.pk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions conducted with physical shops, product defects, shop misrepresentations, or platform downtime.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
