What the shop disclosed

Before you pay

You buy at the counter, so these are yours to check — for Grade B stock. Tick them off on your phone.

• Power it on and test the screen, keyboard, ports and charging.
• Ask how long the battery holds charge, and see it unplugged.
• Inspect each disclosed defect yourself in good light.
• These are identical stocked units, so the unit you get may differ from the photos.
• Confirm the price and the shop's checking warranty before paying.
